About Us

KB EdTech is a women-owned consulting firm that partners with schools, nonprofits, and companies to build smarter systems, stronger teams, and more equitable outcomes. We help organizations create sustainable structures, lead with clarity, and support the people doing the work.

From leadership coaching and professional development to systems design and tech integration, our services are strategic, practical, and rooted in equity. We specialize in aligning strategy, structure, and support—whether that means streamlining operations, facilitating training, or implementing technology that truly works for your team.

Everything we do is tailored to the unique needs of the communities we serve and grounded in deep, hands-on experience.

Meet the Team

At KB EdTech, our team is made up of active educators and school leaders who are currently in the field — not folks who left classrooms and campuses a decade ago. We bring real-time, real-world expertise to every project because we're still navigating the challenges of modern education ourselves. Our consultants understand what today’s schools need because we’re living it too.
